How to return

- Once we receive and check the product, we refund you within 14 days.

- Unused and in original condition.
- In the original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- Seal not broken.
What you cannot return
- Products made to order or ordered specifically for you.
- Software with an activated licence.
- Products with a broken seal.
Return shipping costs
You pay the return shipping. We pay only if the product is faulty or was sent by mistake.
Damaged or wrong delivery
Let us know within 48 hours after you receive the order. Include a photo. We arrange a free return and a fix.
