Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every order through our webshop. We only sell to business customers.
Prices
- All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- We can change prices. Your order uses the price at the moment you place it.
Orders and confirmation
Your order is final once you get a confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if we doubt the payment or the product is out of stock.
Payment
You pay up front with the methods in the webshop. We do not ship without payment.
Delivery
- We ship as fast as we can, usually within 2 working days after payment.
- Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee.
- If a product cannot be delivered, we let you know and refund you.
Warranty
- Every product comes with the standard manufacturer warranty.
- The warranty period and terms depend on the brand.
- For a warranty claim: contact us with a photo and a short description.
Liability
- We are not liable for damage caused by wrong installation or use.
- Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
- We are not liable for indirect damage.
Complaints
Got a complaint? Email us within 14 days after you receive your order. You get a reply within 5 working days.
Force majeure
If something outside our control happens, like strikes, disasters, or supply problems, we can delay delivery without paying damages.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the court in Limburg.
